Your Yoga Instructor
Kerrie received her first yoga certification October 2014. She then continued training to obtain her 500 hour Yoga Certification as well as certificates in Yogalates, Pre/Postnatal Yoga, Chair Yoga, Kids Yoga and became a certified Holistic Health Coach through Institute for Integrative Nutrition in 2017. In addition to teaching yoga classes locally for the past 10 years, she is also a Health Coach working remotely since October 2018.

Kerrie leads practice so that each person feels like they can attain their own personal goals through yoga. She is a spiritual individual that provides the word and lets it be the focus of the practice. Each class is a new opportunity to find your own personal moment to reflect and relax!
